The AcreTrader Team got back-to-back wins in our first visit to Lexington 104 Speedway last weekend. In his first laps at the track, Peyton won his Heat and then the Feature on Friday, then won the Feature again on Saturday. Peyton Taylor has officially led every single lap he has competed in at Lexington. It was our first win in the great state of Tennessee, and our first ever modified win with an open motor (USRA rules package).
This is important for us because our primary goal this year is to win at the new Arrowhead Speedway just down the road from Fayetteville, Arkansas where our primary sponsors AcreTrader and Slim Chickens are headquartered. We believe our Lethal Chassis is the best IMCA Modified in the state of Arkansas. But Arrowhead Speedway runs the USRA rules package. Unlike IMCA, where we use the 604 crate motor that is relatively affordable, USRA uses open motors among other differences, and the top motors might cost more than the chassis itself. This is the biggest challenge Andrews Autosport faces in 2023, how to be competitive in the modified with two different rules packages, USRA and IMCA.
Just two weeks ago we went down to Louisiana and raced against some strong USRA competition. To be honest, we got humbled and withdrew from the event early to save our equipment. It was such a low point that our PR guy conveniently went “on vacation” after that and failed to give you a race report for the first time ever. This weekend we came back with our USRA setup and had a better result. But the car count at Lexington is not what we will face in the future with the modified at Arrowhead. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out.
A special shout out to Wright Racing last weekend as Arkansas racer Kelby Wright passed a lot of cars and finished second. They really have their program heading in the right direction in 2023 and we recommend giving them a follow. Rain was the number one concern for everyone at Arrowhead Speedway Friday as the track was hit with a significant amount of unpredicted rainfall just before the event. But the race officials and track management were committed to make everyone's drive worth it and get the race in. Peyton Taylor started sixth in the first Heat with just a little rain still falling. He was passing for second when he looped it around on the cushion of the very slick track. As a result we started 11th in the Feature.
Peyton was able to race the No. 7 Slim Chickens / AcreTrader Stock Car from deep in the field up to seventh in the end. Although we aren’t satisfied with the finish, we had a blast finally racing with our sponsors and family at their new home track. Congratulations to fellow Peyton Taylor Performance teammate Jeff Tennant on the win!
Racing USRA (a different sanctioning body) in slick conditions is a new one for us. We didn’t have what it took to win on this night. Switching between IMCA and USRA takes a lot of time and investment, but with the closure of I-30 Speedway and the fact that Slim Chickens, AcreTrader, and part of Andrews Autosport's ownership is in Northwest Arkansas, we are committed to making it work.
For those of you wondering about Arrowhead Speedway, it is incredible. A top-notch facility for fans and racers alike. Add this track to your bucket list!

It was a huge win for Peyton Taylor and the No. 7 Slim Chickens / AcreTrader Stock Car on Saturday night! We loved sharing Victory Lane with the JD Garrison Family, raising awareness about a cause (ALS) that is close to our hearts as well. Peyton even sent the Garrison’s home with the trophy from the race, his first win of 2023.
The IMCA Racing Stock Cars once again put on a show at Batesville Motor Speedway, Peyton won his Heat and started third in the Feature. There was side-by-side racing all night long, but a faster high line meant the passing was difficult and none of the top cars had a clear advantage. It took a monster move on the final restart for Peyton to finally take the lead.
In the closing laps Peyton raced door-to-door with Little Rock’s Randy Weaver but a hard charging Patrick Linn ultimately grabbed second. Credit those guys as we have finished behind them several times before, but this time Peyton came out on top. Next up is the Doug Murphrey Memorial Race June 2nd & 3rd at Ark-La-Tex Speedway in Vivian, Louisiana and after that it is Arrowhead Speedway on June 9th.

Peyton Taylor won his Heat then went from fifth to third in the Stock Car Feature Saturday Night. We just needed a late race caution for our No. 7 Slim Chickens / Cadillac Chassis to compete for the win. We are praying for a swift and full recovery for Batesville Motor Speedway regular Be Be Johnson who was injured in the pits Saturday night. What looked like a perfect evening at the races understandably took a somber tone after that.
We are watching the weather this weekend to determine if and where we can race. Then the next weekend it is the big opener at Arrowhead Speedway just outside of Siloam Springs, Arkansas on May 19th!

Last weekend we had a bit of a “Days of Thunder” moment down in Texarkana. In the finale of this iconic racing movie, Rowdy Burns is unable to race his car at Daytona, he makes the decision to ask his former rival, the less experienced but promising young driver, Cole Trickle, to drive his car. Rowdy knows the raw talent is there and he needs his car to finish well for his sponsors to come back. Cole, who no longer has a NASCAR ride, feels compelled to prove himself by delivering the result Rowdy needs, winning the Daytona 500.
Of course, as great a job as Tim Crawley did renovating 67 Speedway of Texarkana, it is still not Daytona. But can you see the parallels?

We realize some of you might think Keaton Atkinson is Russ Wheeler in this scenario, but we can confirm that he is not. We have our driver, it is Peyton Taylor, but other team owners should take note of who we called when we needed to put the car up front and what the result was. Keaton won his Heat Race in the No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Modified. In the Feature he started third and made the pass for the lead on Lap 3 with a heads up outside-to-inside crossover move (again with the Cole Trickle analogy) as the leaders hit lapped traffic. His lead was erased multiple times due to cautions, but in the end, Keaton controlled every restart, ran the difficult but faster top cushion, and stretched the lead all the way to the checkers. It was a statement win after not having driven a Modified for six months. Not to mention this was his second win of the night as he had already dominated the Street Stock race in his own car earlier.
Keaton Atkinson is an accomplished Modified driver, but he no longer owns one. He made the right decision to sell his car. We know what it takes to run a successful Mod program, and it is simply too much financially for a 23-year-old newlywed to shoulder. But Keaton’s best years racing a Modified are in front of him, that was on full display Friday night. And as he banged the cushion and sent his former rival’s car to Victory Lane we could hear the words of Crew Chief Harry Hogge…
“This is it. This is what it’s all about.”

Made it to Victory Lane at 67 Speedway of Texarkana last night thanks to a dominant run by Keaton Atkinson and some remote/virtual crew chief support from Peyton Taylor. Full postrace report coming later but it was a big night for the AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Team and a testament to the strength of Lethal Chassis and Peyton Taylor Performance.

KEATON ATKINSON TO DRIVE ACRETRADER MODIFIED AT 67 SPEEDWAY SEASON OPENER
When we did our nationwide driver search to fill our open seat at CLASH on the COAST we made the call not to put someone we already knew in the car. But there was a strong contingent of our Arkansas followers that wanted to see Keaton Atkinson in the seat of our Lethal Chassis. We heard you, and we agree with you. So back in January we put a “handshake” deal in place to make it happen.
Everyone knows Andrews Autosport starts and ends with Peyton Taylor. But with cars in two divisions, big primary sponsorships on both, a strong Peyton Taylor Performance consulting business, promoting ventures like the Clash on the Coast, and most importantly family, our wheelman cannot be everywhere at once. This Friday an important family conflict will keep Peyton from making it to the track. But Friday is also the season opener for the newly renovated 67 Speedway of Texarkana, now promoted by Arkansas racing legend Tim Crawley. Andrews Autosport is not going to miss this event. Luckily, we know an accomplished young driver who is currently without a seat in a modified.
“Keaton is a talented young racer and a fierce competitor that I have had my eye on for some time,” said Peyton Taylor. “We have had some epic battles on the track, so I know the talent is there. But more importantly he will be the first driver to come over and help fix your car after a wreck and the first to come to victory lane to congratulate you if you beat him. That shows me the character is there as well.”
At just 23-years-old Keaton Atkinson, a Hot Springs Arkansas native, is an IMCA Racing Super Nationals Qualifier, with four track championships and over 30 feature wins. The closure of I-30 Speedway, and the responsibilities of newlywed adult life, led Atkinson to sell the modified he personally operated and move to a more affordable factory stock division where he has already won his first two races. We believe that Keaton has a bright future in whatever he races, but this weekend we look forward to him wheeling the No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Modified for Andrews Autosport in Texarkana.

RACE STRATEGY:
Try an experimental setup on the Stock Car but keep our brand-new pristine body from Cadillac Chassis in perfect shape for upcoming sponsor appearance. Skip the “Stroker Ace” throwback decals, only run the main Slim Chickens logos and tag the back if we must.
RACE OUTCOME:
Peyton Taylor draws the Heat with fierce competitor (and friend) Richie Tosh. Inevitable damage occurs in tight battle with Tosh. Still able to drive damaged racecar up to eighth out of 20 in the Feature.
CONCLUSION:
Dirtcars without dents are boring. Looking forward to next weekend and a great 2023 season!

Ryan Gillmore battled through early misfortunes to post an eighth-place finish and a fourth place finish out of 60 cars in the final two nights of the CLASH on the COAST. On Friday night Gillmore transferred to the A Main and redrew the ninth starting position but when the green flag waved for Lap 1 the cars stacked up resulting in right front suspension and significant rear sheetmetal damage on the 01. After the melee, Gillmore dropped to 14th as he assessed the car, and although the steering was off he managed to climb back up to eighth in the final laps.
On Saturday, Ryan Gillmore started fifth in his Heat and was passing for the lead when he lost air pressure in the right front. The resulting DNF put the No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Mod in a B Main where only the top two transferred. But Gillmore was up for the challenge as he went from third to first finishing just ahead of eventual Clash on the Coast points champion Austen Becerra. This placed the No. 01 starting 21st in the feature where Gillmore steadily marched his way to the front during the 25-lap event eventually coming home in fourth. It was a big week for Gillmore in more ways than one as he and longtime girlfriend Ashley Dodson got engaged at the beach.
Through the full week of the Clash on the Coast, Andrews Autosport made all four A Main Features, posted a Top 10 each night including three Top 5s, two podiums, and came home with our 16th victory as a team. Huge credit goes to our Crew Chief Jordan Turner and wife Jessie as they kept our Lethal Chassis up front despite our team operating with a skeleton crew. Also, a huge congratulations to our full-time driver Peyton Taylor, he was the creator of this event and a first time promotor. Taylor drew from his wealth of knowledge as an IMCA competitor to host one of the series best events.

Today we are thrilled to introduce Ryan Gillmore as the driver of the No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Modified for the second half of the Clash on the Coast. Gillmore normally runs USRA events out of Springfield, Missouri. His supporters put together by far the best campaign to get him this opportunity, but it wasn’t about a popularity contest. Gillmore’s fans educated us on the “Why” behind their driver. Yesterday we had a chance to meet Ryan for the first time, and we can confirm that this kid is the real deal, posting the second fastest time out of 60 cars. He has a high IQ driving style, paired with a humble approach and strong work ethic.
It may appear crazy to remove Hunt the Front's Joseph Joiner after he won two Heat Races and a Feature, but this was always the plan. Peyton’s car was never meant to be a threat for the championship in his own event. This assures that it is not. Peyton built the CLASH on the COAST to be an event that is focused on the racer, so on that same theme we wanted to extend this opportunity to a lesser-known driver, someone we didn’t even know. There is an old saying in racing that there are lots of talented drivers out there all across the country, but not that many good cars. Andrews Autosport strives to be that “good car”, an opportunity for whoever pairs up with us. Joseph Joiner lived up to the hype, and we are forever grateful for the chance to work together. But what about the grassroots racer who doesn’t have hundreds of thousands of followers? Someone who has a deep passion for the sport and simply needs a good break. That is Ryan Gillmore, and we are proud to have him drive the No. 01 AcreTader/ Slim Chickens Mod.

Congratulations Hunt The Front Nation! When we asked who should drive our car for the CLASH on the COAST you told us over and over again it should be Joseph Joiner and boy were you right! In only his second start in a modified Joiner bested 60 other drivers to place our No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens mod in Victory Lane.
An impressive run from last to first in the heat race placed our Lethal Chassis on the Pole in the Feature where Joiner went on to lead every lap and come home with the win. A big thanks goes out to the entire Hunt the Front team for working so well with us this week, repping our sponsors, opening their shop up, and including us in their show.
We also want to call out our crew chief Jordan Turner and his wife Jessie who have been managing our entire racing effort down in Florida by themselves. Thanks also to our friend and fellow Arkansas racer Keaton Atkinson who came in to help crew the car on race night.

We started our 2023 season off with a Heat win and third place finish in the Feature out of 60 mods on Night 1 of the CLASH on the COAST. It was pretty strange to see a new name on the roof of our No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Mod at practice last night. But credit goes to Joseph Joiner for adapting quickly to our Lethal Chassis. These were Joiner's first laps EVER in a modified! He had great communication with our crew chief Jordan and they made gains each time out. We ended up 4th out of 46 cars in practice. Our driver Joseph Joiner was selected from a nationwide search to fill the seat of Peyton Taylor in our No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens sponsored Lethal Chassis for this event only as Taylor steps into the event promoter role for the first time ever.
Joiner is a native of Milton, Florida who has an impressive racing resume. He is a Super Bee $50,000 winner, National 100 Champion and a World 100 Qualifier. But Joiner is perhaps best known as a driver for the Hunt the Front race team which has a massively popular YouTube channel with over a quarter million cumulative followers.
We chose Joseph Joiner based on our follower's suggestions, the fact that he is local to the track, and his skill behind the wheel. But beyond that Joseph Joiner is an example of how all grassroots racers have the opportunity to gain national relevance and a passionate following just by sharing authentic racing content from their own grassroots teams. Hunt The Front Nation is a textbook example of dreams coming true when racers share their passion for the sport beyond just the racetrack.

The production, crowd, and energy at the Gateway Dirt Nationals gets bigger every year. We had the speed we needed but just didn’t have the luck to make the final field of 20 out of the 60 that were entered. On Friday night we were advancing toward to front when a competitor’s drive shaft broke and collected the No. 01 AcreTrader / Slim Chickens Mod resulting a scary flip for Peyton down the backstretch. Luckily, Lethal Chassis are built safe, and Peyton was able walk away unhurt even taking the opportunity in the post-wreck interview with FloRacing to hype up the crowd of over 15,000. With garage hours limited the team worked urgently and got the car fully repaired in time for Peyton to have another chance on Saturday. But it wasn’t meant to be as the 01 Acretrader machine cut down a tire while advancing through the field in the Heat. The back-to-back DNF’s meant our weekend was done.
As disappointed as we were, The Dome experience exceeded expectations yet again and we can’t wait to come back in 2023.

We are ready to go for the final race of an incredible 2022 season. The Gateway Dirt Nationals is the biggest stage we race on. An All-Star event, in downtown St. Louis, indoors, in the former Rams NFL stadium.
A lot can happen quickly here, and we will likely bend some metal. But Peyton Taylor is ready to finish the season strong for our followers as well as our sponsors AcreTrader and Slim Chickens.

Unless you have been living under a rock you have probably heard about the CLASH on the COAST February 26 – March 4 at Northwest Florida Speedway & Southern Raceway near Destin Florida. This event is the brainchild of our driver Peyton Taylor and we are 100% supportive of him pursuing this dream. In true professional fashion Peyton announced early on that he will be stepping out of the driver’s seat for this event only so he can focus on promoting the race.
This puts Andrews Autosport in uncharted waters. We are NOT going to miss this event. But we have to find a driver who is ready to wheel a top-notch Lethal Chassis with full sponsorship and operational support.
The job description is simple. This driver must be able to wheel the heck out of a dirt modified and at the same time represent our crucial corporate sponsors like AcreTrader and Slim Chickens with integrity and professionalism.

Last weekend we closed out our 2022 Arkansas racing season at the rescheduled Schoenfeld Headers Stock Car Championship and the World IMCA Stock Car Championship both run back-to-back at Batesville Motor Speedway. There was a big purse on three separate nights with 60 teams attending from 10 different states.
Peyton Taylor won his Heat race on Thursday and started fifth in the Feature. While fighting for the lead in the final laps, Peyton lifted, to avoid wrecking eventual winner Zane DeVilbiss, and we settled for second after the loss of momentum.
On Night 2 (Friday), our Slim Chickens “Stroker Ace” Throwback Stock Car sustained significant damage when a competitor came down the track and made contact with our right side in the Heat. Peyton was able to bring it home third securing the final transfer spot, but that put him starting in the back of the Feature (18th). Peyton made a charge to the front but could only get to eighth when the checkers fell.
On Night 3 (Saturday), Peyton went from third to first in his Heat, which included a thrilling battle with brother Jeff Taylor who finished second in a rare Stock Car appearance for the accomplished Modified driver. In the Feature, Peyton battled hard for the lead in the closing laps but ultimately came home third.
We have had a great season at Batesville with five wins and many laps led. We believe our Cadillac Chassis was a winning car each night last week, but the chips just didn’t fall our way. In a testament to the out-of-state talent competing at these events, Peyton’s second, eighth, and third place finishes were the highest of any Arkansas driver each night. Congrats to New Mexico’s Zane DeVilbiss and Wisconsin’s Troy Jerovetz on their wins.
Next up for Andrews Autosport is the Turkey Nationals at Springfield Raceway November 18th-19th and then the Dome in downtown St. Louis December 1st-3rd in the AcreTrader Modified.

Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport are Race for Hope 71 Champions!
When we listed our goals out at the beginning of the 2022 season, this was at the top of the list. The Race for Hope is the biggest and most prestigious IMCA Modified race in Arkansas, attracting teams from all over the country. Unfortunately, nobody from Arkansas has ever won it, which is a streak that we have been determined to end. The three-day event started out in dramatic fashion with Peyton’s brother Jeff Taylor passing him for the lead on the last lap of the Feature. On Night 2 Peyton found redemption driving from 13th to 1st to put his AcreTrader Mod in Victory Lane! Heading into the third and final night of the Race for Hope 71 Peyton had a comfortable points lead and only needed to finish mid-pack to take home the championship. But with $4,000 on the line each night for the win we couldnt just points race. Peyton started in seventh position, took the lead on Lap 10, and never relinquished it. Four restarts for cautions in the closing laps made things interesting, but in the end our Lethal Chassis crossed the line with a 2.5 second advantage over second place Cody Laney.
“When you get Jeff and Cody (both IMCA Supernationals Champions) behind you on a restart at Batesville you just can’t mess up,” said Peyton Taylor. “That’s what happened Thursday and Jeff beat me. Let me tell you, there is nobody who can light a fire under you like your brother. I was determined not to make the same mistake again. We saw the track was getting slicker in the B's so we made a last minute adjustment that helped. On those final restarts I just tried to hit my marks, use momentum and the stars lined up. I’m just so proud of our whole team, we have the pieces in the right place and it is showing.”
Jeff Taylor who rounded out the Top 3. They had lots of speed all weekend and raced us clean. Also great work by Batesville Motor Speedway hosting this event, the track surface produced great racing, there was a sizeable/well distributed nighly payout, and the racing was over by 10pm each night.

It was an amazing weekend for Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport! On Friday we went to Batesville Motor Speedway where Peyton started fifth in the A-Main in the No. 7 Slim Chickens/Cadillac Chassis Stock Car and was able to pick up the win. Then on Saturday night we brought both cars to I-30 Speedway for the Ron Ghormley Memorial. Peyton won his Heat in the Stock Car and then picked up the win in the Feature after starting in the fifth position. It was our eighth win this season and Peyton’s first ever win in a Stock Car at I-30. We had a little less luck as defending champions of the Ron Ghormley Memorial Race in the No. 01 AcreTrader Modified. Brake issues buried us in the Heat and left Peyton starting 20th in the Feature. He made it into the top 10 in our Lethal Chassis, but the cautions didn’t fall right to contend for the win.
If you have followed us closely you may know we had a goal to win in both the Stock Car and the Modified at Batesville and Little Rock in 2022. With three out of four accomplished in the first half of the season, we spent the last two months focusing on the Stock Car at I-30, but in typical I-30 fashion nothing ever comes easy, we have:
• Finished second trying a last lap pass
• Wrecked while battling for the lead
• Fell victim to the yuke tire
Peyton was always fast, but we kept coming up short. Saturday night was our last chance and Peyton Taylor delivered. It made it even more special that our team had a big crowd of over 30 people in Victory Lane, three generations of the Andrews Autosport family, old friends & new, dirt track regulars, and many first-time visitors.
We want to congratulate Patrick Linn who finished in second right behind us. Linn has raced us clean all season and we were fortunate to come out on top this week. The IMCA Supernationals were truly an experience! We came up a few spots short of our goal but still had a great week competing and spending time with all the major players in our industry. The highlights of our week included a Heat win by Peyton Taylor in the Slim Chickens stock car on Wednesday, and a 30th to 15th place run in the AcreTrader modified in the A Main on Thursday night against some great competition. It's hard to comprehend the size of this event with over 1,000 teams at the track. Both the Stock Car and Modified divisions had 250+ competitors each with only thirty (12%) transferring to the final race on Saturday night. We want to congratulate our fellow Batesville driver Ashton Wilkey on becoming the only Arkansas driver to punch their ticket to The Big Dance.
This weekend we will be back at it on Saturday night at I-30 Speedway for the Ron Ghormley Memorial in the AcreTrader Modified. This could be our final event at our team’s home track, if the rumors of a sale and subsequent closure are true. We look forward to representing all of our sponsors well in the next month as the biggest Arkansas races are coming up.

The Topless 100 at Batesville Motor Speedway marked two years since our team first hit the track at this same event in 2020. On Friday night Peyton Taylor’s No. 01 AcreTrader/Lethal Chassis was the car to beat, Peyton won his Heat Race and started 10th in the Feature. On Lap 11 Peyton grabbed the lead and began to stretch it out. But with just six laps to go there was large wreck in Turn 1. Peyton was able to avoid the other cars, but a piece of debris caught his right rear tire resulting in a flat. After pitting for a new tire, the AcreTrader Mod had to restart 15th and was able to make it to ninth in the remaining laps.
Saturday night was another strong run, Peyton led every lap of his Heat Race and started third in the Main. Peyton was battling for the lead with 15 to go but hit a bump in the track hard which caused our nose to buckle. The resulting hood damage acted as a small parachute affecting the handling of the car. Despite this Peyton was still able to post a second-place finish.
We want to congratulate Jeff Taylor (Peyton’s brother) on sweeping the modified division both nights. While we would have loved to see more of these two brothers competing side by side on the racetrack, we are happy that Jeff and his Shaw Race Cars team made it to Victory Lane. Andrews Autosport will take next weekend off as we prepare for the 27th Annual Schoenfeld Headers Mid-America Stock Car Championship also at Batesville September 1st-3rd.

On this date two years ago, we released this video to introduce you to our team. Sure we were naive, having never been involved with dirt racing before. But we were also spot on about Peyton Taylor and what we were going to do as a team. Eleven victories later, with two cars, and some of the best sponsors in the business supporting us, we are pleased with how far we have come. But we are still learning and far from satisfied because there are so many goals left to reach.
When we started this team, our biggest fear is that we would be laughed out of the pit area because we didn’t belong. The opposite has happened. We have made more new friends than we thought possible. No one has given us anything but support. That says a lot about the sport of dirt racing and the people involved in it. They are as good as gold, and even if you are new to the pits, they will treat you like family when you arrive because you share a common passion.
Our team has felt every range of emotion these past two years: excitement, nervousness, pride, embarrassment. There have been shouts of joy and tears of sadness. Our family has become closer, we see each other more, our kids have been engaged, and we have had more fun per dollar than any other American experience. After all, that is the point, right?
So on this two-year anniversary of Andrews Autosport we want to thank all of the competitors who have become our friends, the tracks who have welcomed us, the promoters and series that have helped our sponsors, the chassis manufacturers who have educated us, and the handful of fans we have made (thanks for that part Peyton). We knew you all would be great to race with even years ago, but you exceeded our expectations.

A failure on a 10-cent piece resulted in a DNF for Peyton Taylor and the Slim Chickens Stock Car at I-30 Speedway Saturday. The night was going well, Peyton finished third in his Heat after an exciting battle with veteran driver and Cadillac Chassis builder Jack Sullivan. The redraw put Peyton starting third in the A Main. By Lap 9 Peyton had caught P1 and an intense three-car battle for the lead ensued. But on Lap 17 a spindle arm bolt on Taylor’s left front broke while running second, this sent the Slim Chickens ride sideways in front of the field. Peyton stayed on the gas and slipped into the infield avoiding a major wreck while the field took evasive action, but the suspension damage resulted in a DNF. This makes three back-to-back tough finishes with Peyton in contention for our first win in the Stock Car at I-30. As always we still had a blast with lots of extended family and friends in the pits including eight first time visitors to the track. Congratulations to Randy Weaver on his second straight win.
This Friday and Saturday we will be racing the AcreTrader Modified at Batesville’s famous Topless 100 event.

Peyton Taylor finished second Friday night at Batesville Motor Speedway in the AcreTrader Modified, after gaining more spots than any other driver and posting the fastest lap of the race. Peyton started sixth in the Feature and picked up three positions on the first lap. By Lap 6 our Lethal Chassis was in second place, but a wild restart on Lap 8 shuffled us back to third. By Lap 11 Peyton was back in second place again with only four laps remaining but it wasn’t enough time to catch leader Ashton Wilkey.
Congratulation to One Seven Motorsports on the win, Ashton Wilkey has been fast all year and always races us clean so it was good to see him get the win. Thank you to the sponsors that keep our modified program going. We look forward to representing them again this weekend at the famed Topless 100.

We first met Layne when he was four years old driving go karts with his family on the mini dirt rack behind his parents house. Now he is an established late model driver getting a big NASCAR opportunity at age 19. After our win Friday night in the modified at Batesville, Peyton Taylor posted a second-place finish on Saturday night in his second ever IMCA Stock Car Race at I-30 Speedway.
We began Saturday at sponsor Slim Chickens Searcy location so the Andrews Autosport team could grab some dinner and meet some of the local Slims Team members. Later that night Peyton started his Heat in sixth and rode the top cushion of the track all the way up to second, gaining more spots than any other driver in the Heats. That placed Peyton on the pole in the 20-lap Feature. Despite the excellent starting position, the No. 7 Slim Chickens Stock car did not get the jump we needed at the green and Peyton was shuffled back two spots to third. This would prove costly as the track was a challenge to pass on. By the midpoint of the race Peyton reclaimed second place and set his sights on leader Chris Dollarhide. Peyton caught the leader in the final laps and attempted a last lap pass to the inside as they crossed the finish line, but we were half a car length short.
We came so close to what would have been our dream weekend in racing, winning back-to-back nights, in both cars, at our two favorite tracks, with our family and friends there. It would have been an unimaginable experience. One consolation was watching the Dollarhide Racing team and their family pouring out of the stands, celebrating and making their way to Victory Lane. Sure, we were jealous, but it was clear the win meant just as much to them as it would have meant to us. So a big congratulations to Chris Dollarhide and the Dollarhide Racing Team, another great Arkansas racer. Be sure to check them out if you haven’t already.
Our Stock Car program plans to be back in action at I-30 on August 13th. Thank you to all our partners that keep the Slim Chickens “Stroker Ace” throwback on the track.

Peyton Taylor put the No. 01 AcreTrader/Lethal Chassis in Victory Lane at Batesville Motor Speedway last Friday night. Peyton started the Feature in the eighth position and was able take the lead by Lap 7. But after a caution reset the field there was an intense battle between the veteran Taylor and rising young talent Ashton Wilkey following the restart. Both drivers kept it clean for 10 laps and ultimately Taylor was able to pull away in the end. After the race Wilkey visited our team in Victory Lane in a veteran move by the young driver.
The win was Andrews Autosport’s first in the modified at Batesville in 2022 and our 11th overall team win. It was the fourth win this year for our founding sponsor AcreTrader and Taylor brought home the “Hard Charger” award in what was basically a perfect evening for our team.

One thing we learned early on working with Peyton Taylor is that he will absolutely use every inch of a racetrack to find the speed he needs. That comes with some risks, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
It’s a short postrace report this week for Peyton’s first ever IMCA Stock Car race at I-30 Speedway. Peyton drove the Slim Chickens “Stroker Ace” throwback car from sixth to third in his Heat last Saturday night. Then in the Feature he started ninth and was advancing when he clipped an infield tire barrier while battling for position. The damage resulted in a DNF. Peyton’s attached post says it best. We have learned over the years that nothing at I-30 Speedway comes easy, but we still enjoy every race. The good news is we are back at I-30 this Saturday night! With the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series in town and a live streamed special event it should be a great time. Come on out and join us!

Our post is a little late this week because our PR guy decided to go on vacation. By doing that he missed one of the most meaningful wins in Andrews Autosport history as Peyton Taylor claimed the victory in the 20th Annual Scrapp Fox Memorial race at I-30 Speedway. Peyton started his Heat from the sixth position and made it up to third by the finish which placed him starting eighth in the Feature among the 28 modifieds entered. After making a few changes to the car with significant help from crew member Zach Wehlage, Peyton took his Lethal Chassis to the high side at the drop of the green and was able to pass up to fourth position on Lap 1. By Lap 10 he had passed pole sitter and current I-30 points leader Keaton Atkinson for the lead. What followed was a 20-lap battle for the win with Atkinson remaining on the tail of the No. 01 AcreTrader/Slim Chickens mod for most of the race. A restart with three laps to go set the stage for a dramatic finish where Taylor was able to pull away for the win. The rapid charge through the field earned Peyton the KNP Hard Charger of the Race award as well.
This was the 10th ever win for Andrews Autosport and our fifth this season, matching last year’s total. It was Peyton’s second Scrapp Fox memorial win, placing him in the elite company of only three other multi time winners of the 20-year event: Randy Weaver, Curtis Cook, Andy Brown. Interestingly Peyton Taylor's two wins came 15 years apart, highlighting the continued resilience of our veteran driver’s career. It was especially fun to watch Peyton battle with this exciting group of talented I-30 “Young Guns” including Keaton Atkinson, Drake Findley and others.

There is a term “Racing Luck” that you often hear tossed around in the pits. It’s a unique term used in our sport to describe the multitude of reasons, beyond your control, that keep you from winning a race. This term is especially useful in motorsports, where there is typically only one winner among 25+ competitors. Our team shies away from using the term “Racing Luck” because we believe that over time, through effort and teamwork, you make your own luck. That said, June 16, 2022 will go down in the history of our team as the one days we really wanted to just blame it on bad “Racing Luck”.
The story was simple, other than the car and the driver, the biggest factor in your success at The Clash at the Creek XIV at 141 Speedway was where you start in your Heat. Since Wednesday night’s qualifying races were rained out, it became a one-day show for $10,500 to win on Thursday. With no time for qualifying, your Heat Race starting position was determined by a random pill draw between 1 and 150, the lower the number the better the starting position. We drew a 150. While we won’t reveal the name, we will confirm there were some tears shed by our crew member that came back to our pits with that 150 draw, even though we all knew it wasn’t her fault.
The week had started well on Tuesday night with Peyton Taylor setting the third fastest time among the 64 modifieds entered in the event. Only 24 cars would eventually make the A Main feature, but we felt that we had the car, driver, and team to compete. After the rainout on Wednesday, and after receiving the worst draw mathematically possible for Thursday, Peyton started his Heat in 11th position, last place. Only the top two would transfer to the A Main in a Heat with all-star drivers like LaCrosse, Laney, Hobscheidt, and Ward. Peyton was able get the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod up to eighth position in the short 12-lap race, gaining more spots than any other driver in the Heat even though daytime conditions made it tough to pass. In the B Main Peyton again started in the back in ninth position and this time gained three spots in the 15-lap race finishing sixth, picking up as many spots as any other driver in the Heat. But in the end, we were still three positions out of the transfer spot. We would have needed a caution in either race to compete for the transfer spot, but both went green flag the whole way. Despite the 12-hour haul, the fast racecar, and the multiple days of effort, our race was over.
We would like to congratulate Johnny Whitman on his second-straight Clash at the Creek Title. Also thank you to 141Speedway for keeping the original payout even with the lost day of racing. And of course thanks to all of the other competitors and fans that joined us in Maribel, Wisconsin.
The truth is we aren’t unlucky. Any day you get to race is a good day. And any day you get to travel with your family is a good day too. The Andrews Autosport team is now back in Arkansas safe, our Lethal Chassis is fast and undamaged, we even have some unused tires, and we are now focused on the next race. But we must admit that after the alternator broke and killed the battery on the RV, and we were stuck on the side of the road in Kankakee Illinois in the heat for four hours, and Peyton shocked himself making the repair….well let’s just say we didn’t buy any lotto tickets at the next stop.

NORTHERN TOUR UPDATE: The threat of rain forced us to reroute to two other Iowa tracks this weekend where Peyton Taylor had never raced, Maquoketa Speedway and Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway. Both were unique facilities with strong competition. In fact, we raced against an IMCA Racing National Champion both nights. On Saturday night at Maquoketa the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod went from eighth to seventh in the Heat and from seventh to fourth in the Feature. We would have benefited from a caution, but the track was slick and we have good notes now for next time. On Sunday Peyton and the team drove 30 miles north to Dubuque. In the Heat he drove from seventh to fifth and then in the Feature he went from 13th to eighth. There was a lot of carnage in the Feature so we were happy to get out of there with our Lethal Chassis in good shape for the main event of the week, the 14th Annual Clash at the Creek at 141 Speedway in Maribel, Wisconsin. You can watch it live on FloRacing Wednesday and Thursday night (there is a threat of rain late on Wednesday so racing starts at 6 pm CST).

When the weather down south gets hot the racing up north gets hotter. Peyton Taylor and the team are heading out on the road to Wisconsin and Iowa to race the AcreTraderMod at Lee County Speedway, 141 Speedway, and The 'Burg Speedway. There are plenty of great drivers and teams in this area so its an excellent opportunity to see where we stack up nationally.

We made a stop at the original Slim Chickenstoday. Our family has been coming here since it opened 19 years ago. Milla pictured here wasn’t even a twinkle in her future parent’s eye at that point. Since then Slims has grown to over 100 locations in three different countries. But when it came time to go racing, they called us.

Peyton Taylor decided to stay close to home and race the AcreTrader modified at Batesville Motor Speedway Friday night as we tested some new setups for Lethal Chassis. The setup we tried in the Heat did not work out and Peyton finished fifth. But in the A Main we hit on something and Peyton Taylor was able to race from 10th all the way up to second in a stacked field including IMCA Racing National Champion Ethan Dotson. Congratulations to Richie Tosh on the win, and hats off to Mikey Bell in third who raced us clean for a number of laps. Check out our in-car camera video below for some great footage, Peyton says it was the fastest the track has been in almost a decade.

We still aren’t sure how Peyton Taylor drove through this contact to get the win. It is our own version of the “Pass in the Grass”…
Andrews Autosport made the trip down to Rocket Raceway Park in Petty, Texas for the Twin 20's special event last Saturday. This was a new track for Peyton and a new rules package for our Stock Car (USRA). Peyton started his Heat race from the second position, and led every lap, finishing first. Peyton started the A Main feature on the outside pole and led all twenty laps. What sounds like a dominant win was actually a tight race, as Peyton Taylor battled with local ace Shelby Williams who finished second, right on the bumper of our No. 7 Slim Chickens Stroker Ace throwback. The closing laps may have been the best battle in the history of our team, with tight racing, some contact, and veteran drivers putting on a show for the fans in the stands and those streaming on Race On Texas. The event had a double-feature format, based on a number draw the first seven rows were inverted for the second feature placing Peyton starting in the 14th position. He was able to climb up to seventh by Lap 4 but a broken trailing arm on a competitor’s car shot them up the track and into our Cadillac Chassis ending our attempt at winning both features.
All things considered it was a great night for our team, Peyton brought home a win in his first ever night at the track, it was our eighth team win, first out of state win in the Stock Car, and first win in Texas. We were the only Arkansas-based entry out of 45 cars.
We are currently watching the weather and will either race at Batesville Motor Speedway this Friday or I-30 Speedway on Saturday in the AcreTrader car.

Peyton Taylor drove the No. 7 Slim Chickens Stock Car to victory lane Friday night at Batesville Motor Speedway. It was Andrews Autosport’s eighth team win but our first ever in the IMCA Racing Stock Car division and the first race win for sponsor Slim Chickens. Peyton started fourth in the Feature and was battling for the lead on the first lap, but as we have seen time and time again the IMCA Stock Car division put on the best show of the night. The Top 3 were locked in a tight battle for nine laps through multiple restarts. Peyton Taylor finally broke free from the pack and started stretching the lead by Lap 10 until the finish. Congratulations to second place Brent New and third place Hayden Hartwick who raced us hard but clean the whole night and put on another classic stock car battle for the Batesville fans. Fielding this second race car has been challenge for our team at times, but Friday night made it all worth it, and we think we are just scratching the surface of what this Cadillac’s Chassis & Fab car can do. Peyton Taylor and the No. 01 AcreTrader/Slim Chickens modified finished third out of 25 cars Saturday night at I-30 Speedway. Peyton drove a practically flawless race, going from seventh to second in his Heat, and then from 12th to third in the A Main Feature. Since we do not race for points at I-30 we will always start in the back of the A-Main and the cautions simply didn’t fall the way we needed to have a good shot at the win. Our Lethal Chassis was never passed all night and Peyton came home with the "Hard Charger" award.
When we started our race team almost two years ago we stated: "Our pillars are family, competition, and community. We are focused on competing and representing our followers well, but also drawing attention to the rich motorsports culture of the great state of Arkansas." This approach was on full display Saturday night as 35 people joined our Andrews Autosport team to watch the race, most of them had never been to a dirt track. This picture sums up what was most important about the evening, our extended "family". We hosted aunts, uncles, classmates, godparents, boyfriends, grandkids, grandfathers, coworkers, business leaders, friends for 50 years, and even brand-new friendships just made at the track. After four nights of racing we came up one position short of making Saturday's feature race at the Bristol Dirt Nationals. We won’t lie, this one hurt. Tough weeks like this are a part of racing and one of the reasons you see us celebrate so sincerely when we win.
Here is the summary: On night one Peyton Taylor drove from 11th to third to put us in a good points position. On night two Peyton had a run on the inside of competitor who came down multiple lanes and we got wrecked. He did not know Peyton was there and it was just a racing deal, but the car was not the same in the feature after that. The contact did result in a really cool (albeit expensive) 1980's throwback picture shared above - Darrell Waltrip vs. Stroker Ace at Bristol? How cool is that! On night three after narrowly avoiding a spin on Lap 1, Peyton pulled into the pits because one of the straps on his belts was loose. As a result, we were disqualified. According to Race Control the problem was not that we came into the pits to fix the strap, it was that we did not stop in the right spot. We understand that Race Control has to make tough calls like this and we respect those decisions. But even if we knew the outcome would be a DQ, we still would have pitted because it was a safety issue. On night four we were in a last chance qualifier race running second, solidly in a transfer spot, when the No. 7 Slim Chickens stock car cut a tire. A quick tire change in the pits got Peyton out in time to compete in the final laps where he raced from last to fifth by the time the checkers fell. That was one position out of fourth, the transfer spot cutoff for the A Main.
While it is tempting to point fingers at bad luck and things that seemed unfair, the truth is that we are responsible for overcoming the challenges thrown at us. For this particular race we had a lot variables: new car, new engine, new sponsor, new series. Ultimately something was off and the car did not have the speed we needed. That said, we have the upmost confidence in our equipment, our team, and our driver. Everyone put in a winning effort this week even if the results do not show it.
Luckily Slim Chickens is in our corner for a full season so we have lots to look forward to with them. And our Stroker Ace throwback paint scheme greatly exceeded expectations. We appreciate the help from XR and Scott Bloomquist turning that reveal into a big moment with over 100,000 views.

You may have heard by now that Peyton Taylor ended the weekend in Florida with a clean sweep in his Lethal Chassis. Taylor won both the Heat race and the Feature on Friday and Saturday night at Southern Raceway, even after they inverted the Feature Saturday putting the No. 01 toward the back. These wins were the first ones out of state for Andrews Autosport and they came in Peyton’s first laps ever at this track. The story below tells it the best. Well the Gateway Dirt Nationals lived up to the hype. An invite only group of 50 all-star modified teams from four different sanctioning bodies competed, but only 20 cars made Saturday’s A-Main Feature. Peyton Taylor finished second on his qualifying night which locked him into the main event. Typically this would place him in the third starting spot, but “The Dome” is a unique event and here the Top 8 qualifiers redraw for their final starting position. Peyton unfortunately redrew the seventh starting spot. From the drop of the green the No. 01 AcreTrader/Murphrey Oil Mod came up through the field and was battling for fourth on Lap 7 when a competitor made significant contact with the right rear of Taylor’s car and cut down the tire. As a result the Andrews Autosport team was forced to retire early from the event. As you can imagine, any racetrack inside an arena is going to be tight, close racing and contact is part of why it is so exciting, We just came up on the short end of the stick on Saturday. Despite a 16-place finish the event was a success for Andrews Autosport. We had speed every time our Lethal Chassis was on track, and we showed we could run up front against the world class talent in this unique event. We cannot wait to return to The Dome, and we appreciate everyone involved in pulling this event off.

It was a great race for Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport last night. The No. 01 AcreTrader/Murphrey Oil Mod had a flat in the Heat race but still managed to finish second on three tires. Then in the A Main Peyton Taylor started fourth and brough his Lethal Chassis home in second, right behind the two-time UMP Modified Champion. This assured us a Top 8 starting spot in Saturday's Gateway Dirt Nationals. Those Top 8 positions will be determined by a random pill draw.
Last night was a big accomplishment for our team. This is probably the most talented field we have ever raced against considering you have the best of two different sanctioning bodies, UMP and IMCA.

Here are some highlights from the Turkey Bowl at Springfield Raceway last Saturday Nov. 20. It was a great event with packed grandstands and 70 modified teams competing. Peyton Taylor started last in his Heat in the 10th position but was able to win it with a 4.2 second lead. This put Taylor starting up front in the Feature. The No. 01 AcreTrader Modified led the race early on and was battling for second on Lap 15 when a competitor thought they were clear and drove into our left front. The resulting wreck and suspension damage kept Peyton Taylor from mounting a significant comeback.
It was an unfortunate scenario but it is something that happens when racing inches apart lap after lap. We already have our Lethal Chassis repaired and are heading to the Dome for for Gateway Dirt Nationals Dec. 2nd - 4th. This is an invite only indoor race in downtown St. Louis. What a difference a year makes! Last year we took the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod to the Las Vegas Dirt Track and missed the final of the Duel in the Desert by a couple of positions. This year it was a completely different story as Peyton Taylor finished fourth in our Lethal Chassis out of 130 IMCA Modified teams.
Three days of qualifying races decided the Top 15 starters in Saturday night’s Duel in the Desert final. Peyton Taylor finished second in his Feature Tuesday night, won his Heat and finished second in his Feature Wednesday night, then on Thursday night Taylor finished fourth in his Feature. We never finished lower than fourth all week and considering each qualifying feature had 32 cars we were satisfied with these results. By the end of qualifying Peyton Taylor was locked into a stacked field of competitors, starting fourth out of the 24 finalists. The Last Chance Qualifiers on Saturday had filled out the remaining nine starting spots and over 100 teams did not make the final. Saturday’s Main Event had plenty of action with a fast but rough outside cushion that led to some attrition, but also allowed for multiple lead changes. Congrats to fellow Lethal Driver Ricky Thorton Jr. on the win!
We would especially like to thank the Andrews Autosport crew who made the trip west for this event: Ricky Jeffrey, Jessie Turner, Jordan Turner, Shauna Taylor, and Edwin Hankins IV. Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport took the modified to Old No.1 Speedway in Harrisburg, Arkansas last Saturday. We started in the back of the feature and made it up to third but the racing transitioned to one groove. Those that follow Peyton know he is not scared to try a different line even when the racing is follow the leader. This time it just didnt work out for us and we ended up fifth. It was great to be back in blue with the Arkansas Department of Health's Vaccinate Arkansas campaign. This was a new track for Andrews Autosport and we look forward to returning.
Next up for the team we will take the modified to Las Vegas for the Duel in the Desert November 9th - 13th. This is a big one for us so stay tuned!

It took a few days but we have finally caught our breath after Saturday night’s race. The short version of the story is this, Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport finished second in the largest most lucrative IMCA Stock Car race in history. The attached article from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette tells the story best, but here are some of our highlights:
- The IMCA Stock Car series is not one we typically race in but Andrews Autosport partnered with Arkansas-based Cadillac Chassis and AcreTrader to build a second car for this event.
- 100 IMCA Stock Cars showed up at Batesville Motor Speedway to compete for only 30 starting spots in Saturday night’s feature.
- A mechanical failure late in the feature on the first qualifying night (Wednesday) cost us a third row starting spot for the main event.
- Terrible draws buried Peyton in the remaining two qualifiers but a heroic drive from 27th to fifth in the final qualifier was enough to punch our ticket to start 15th in Saturday night’s main event.
- On championship night Peyton drove from 15th to third in the first three laps, using a high line that few other drivers could master.
- The No. 01 AcreTrader/Cadillac Chassis battled on that high side for the win for most of the 71 lap race, passing for the lead four times (two were reversed by cautions) but holding the top spot convincingly on Laps 17-20 and Laps 36-40.
- On the final restart with two to go Peyton had a shot at the win but also had to battle off a hard charging Dylan Thorton in third.
We wanted that top spot so bad, and if the chips had fallen a little different we could have won it but in the end, it was still the biggest night in the history of our team. No other Arkansan finished in the Top-15, and we walked away with a $15,000 payday, the largest ever for Andrews Autosport. One of our team goals is to stop the now five-year streak of out of state teams winning each IMCA “Crown Jewel” event in Arkansas. While we fell short of that goal for 2021, our fourth place finish at the Race for Hope 71 and second place finish in the World IMCA Stock Car Championship reminds us that we can achieve our goal anytime we have Peyton Taylor behind the wheel.

ANDREWS AUTOSPORT EXPANDS TO FIELD SECOND CAR IN NEW DIVISION
Peyton Taylor to Compete at Batesville’s $50,000 World IMCA Stock Car Championship
Little Rock, AR (October 6, 2021) – Andrews Autosport announced today they have expanded to a two car operation and will enter select IMCA Stock Car races with their driver Peyton Taylor. The move comes in part due to an expanded partnership with Fayetteville Arkansas based-company ActreTrader, a growing platform for farmland expansion and investing. Andrews Autosport will also partner with Cadillac Chassis a premier builder of IMCA Stock Car chassis out of Greenbrier Arkansas. The first race for the No. 01 AcreTrader Stock Car will be the largest in the country, the $50,000 to win IMCA Stock Car Championship at Batesville Motors Speedway October 12th-16th.
“You can’t have a race at Batesville with 3,000 lbs cars and not have Peyton Taylor driving,” said Andrews Autosport Principal Collins Andrews III. “The fans deserve to see this and we are going to make it happen. Between AcreTrader and Cadillac Chassis we now have the pieces in place to do this at a level that meets our standards.”
Peyton Taylor is a three time winner of the Shoenfield Headers Street Stock Championship, and a two time winner of the Big Buck 50, these are “Crown Jewel” events in a division similar to the newly created, but fast growing, IMCA Stock Car division. The winnings of all of those $10,000 events combined would equal the prize for first place in next weekends IMCA Stock Car Championship at Batesville.
“The Sullivan Family are legends in Arkansas motorsports,” said Andrews Autosport Team Principal Collins Andrews IV. “We met them in 2018 through a mutual acquaintance and have followed them closely as we built our team. They have a reputation for doing things top notch and giving back to the grassroots racing community in the process. The Race for Hope 71 at Batesville Motor Speedway was an incredible event to be a part of. This is the biggest race for IMCA Modifieds (our division) in the state of Arkansas and the largest purse in the country paying $50,000 to win. One hundred of the top dirt modified teams from the US and Canada descended on Batesville for the four-night event. But only 30 of those competitors made it into the feature race on Saturday night. Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport punched our ticket on Thursday night by winning our heat race despite starting in the last row, and then finishing high enough in the A-Main later that night to earn the 15th starting position for Saturday.
Saturday’s 71-lap feature was packed with the top talent in the county and each position Peyton TaylorTaylor picked up was a battle. By the fuel stop/intermission on Lap 40 he had worked the No. 01 Vaccinate Arkansas Modified into the eighth position. Then in the remaining 31 laps Peyton continued his march to the front and made it to fourth position when the checkers fell. While we wanted the win and are confident we have what it takes, we are proud that the fourth place finish by Peyton was the highest any Arkansan has ever finished in the five year history of the event. We were also proud to carry on our car the names of 100 frontline healthcare workers from our state who have been caring for their neighbors throughout the recent pandemic.

Peyton Taylor drove the No. 01 Vaccinate Arkansas Modified to victory lane again at Batesville Motor Speedway last Friday night. Peyton started the Feature in the fourth position and was able to move into first by Lap 6. The remaining 14 laps Taylor was able to keep his Lethal Chassis up front and cross the checkers in first. This was the fifth win for Andrews Autosport and the fourth at Batesville this season. The evening was a perfect tune-up for our biggest race or the year, the $50,000 to win Race for Hope 71 at Batesville Sept 22nd through 25th. No Arkansan has ever won the Race for Hope, and we think Peyton Taylor can be the first. It is a lofty goal considering well over 100 teams will compete, and only ¼ of them will even make the Feature. But in order to achieve goals you have to define them first. We want to make the Feature at the Race for Hope and then win it. We will see you back at Batesville Sept 22nd. What a weekend for Peyton Taylor, Andrews Autosport, and our No. 01 Vaccinate Arkansas Team. The Topless 100 at Batesville Motor Speedway is the biggest night of racing in Arkansas where two different national Late Model series come to town and have a joint race convertible style with the roofs off their cars. The race is televised and attracts thousands of spectators. Our team got to keep our tops on, but join in the action in the modified division. On Friday night Peyton Taylor showed some speed winning his heat race from the third position, but in the feature Taylor unfortunately cut a tire and was forced to retire with a flat. Saturday night was the main event. Peyton started the A Main Feature from the second position and was able to move into the lead on Lap 1. Despite a couple of cautions which bunched the field up back up, our Lethal Chassis pulled away on the restarts and was able to hold the lead every lap and get the win. Andrews Autosport made its on track debut at the Topless 100 one year ago and this win was the perfect way to celebrate our first birthday. What a night at Batesville Motor Speedway on Friday! Peyton Taylor started the feature in the ninth position and was able to take the lead on lap Lap 8 of the 25-lap event. He then led the duration of the race and was able to pick up win #3 for Andrews Autosport. What made this win even sweeter was that we did it on the first night of our new Vaccinate Arkansas partnership. We have been working on this for months and it had just launched hours before at a big press event in downtown Little Rock. No better way to spread the word about importance of Arkansans getting their Covid vaccine than to win the race. What a weekend for Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport! On Friday Peyton took the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod to Batesville Motor Speedway. We tried an experimental setup which did not work out in the Heat and we finished fourth. That put Peyton starting 15th at the rear of the Feature. After going back to our standard Batesville setup our Lethal Chassis came back to life. Peyton made his way all the way up from 15th to second position with three laps remaining. He tried to make the pass for the lead on Wayne Brooks but by that time our tires were used up and we ended up finishing second to the Hall of Famer yet again in 2021.
Saturday night was the main event of the weekend, the Rhon Ghormley Memorial at I-30 Speedway. This is biggest race for IMCA Modifieds at I-30, which is the home track for the Andrews Family. Winning at I-30 was one of the main goals behind the formation of Andrews Autosport. Over the past year we have led so many laps there but never the one that counts. Even though we always had a blast every time we raced at I-30, we kept finding new and fantastic ways to lose:
- Wreck on the first lap -
- Lead the most laps of the biggest race only to be passed at the end -
- Rally from 19th to third driving the car so hard the body falls off and we get back flagged -
- Stretch the lead on our sponsor’s event night only to hit the ignition switch and watch the whole field pass us -
This was the weekend we got the monkey off our back. Peyton started his Heat race in the third position and took the lead on lap four going on to win it. That put us starting outside pole for the feature. Peyton took the lead on the first lap and led wire-to-wire in the 30-lap event. So here we are, 40 years after our family first watched a race together in the stands at I-30 and we finally figured a way to get to victory lane. But of course this wouldn’t be possible without a world class driver like Peyton Taylor, a company like AcreTrader believing in us, a Lethal Chassis, and all of the others that support us: Lost Forty Brewing, Joels Auto Sales, Murphrey Oil, Peyton Taylor Performance, Jerovetz Motorsports Shock Service, New Vision Custom Shirts, wraps & more, Dynamic Drivelines, Wehrs Machine & Racing Products.

Got our first win at I-30 Speedway tonight! This pile of sheetmetal is evidence of how hard we have tried this past year to win at our home track. Tonight the chips just fell our way. And with a driver like Peyton Taylor, a Lethal Chassis, and a sponsor like AcreTrader you have what it takes to turn that dream into reality.

Not quite the night we wanted at I-30 Speedway but as always we had a great time. Peyton Taylor started his heat race in the fifth position and was able to grab the lead on Lap 4 and finish first. In feature race later that night he started seventh. By the second lap he was up to the fourth position but the track transitioned to one lane racing on the bottom. Peyton tried several different lines to advance the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod but in the end no line was faster than the bottom and we gave up a couple of spots experimenting. Congrats to Peyton Taylor Performance partner Eric Perry on the win, we loved to see that. Also a great job by the staff at I-30 Speedway getting the whole event in before a line of storms washed out the track just after the checkers fell. We will be back at I-30 on July 31 for the Ron Ghormley Memorial race and we can’t wait. Below is the video of Peyton’s heat race. We had some speed, just didn’t get to show it in the feature.

We got some bad draws Friday and Saturday night at North Central Speedway and just couldn’t make the A-Mains from where we started even though we passed a lot of cars. The final night at Granite City went better as Peyton was able to race his way into the A-Main.
With only three nights on this chassis before we traveled north, we had not yet established the baseline we needed to compete to our standards at these new tracks. Of course these Minnesota races were the top events in the country for IMCA Modifieds with 100 good teams competing for 24 starting spots in the features. We held our own and made our goal (the A-Main) two of the last four nights, just couldn’t crack into the Top 10 in those Features. The team is going to take the 4th of July off, go through the car, and be back at it in July primarily racing in Arkansas. We are looking forward to seeing everyone back home at our home tracks!

We wanted a better finish in the end, but we did achieved our goal of making an A Main Feature in an out of state “Crown Jewel” race. Peyton Taylor and the Andrews Autosport team traveled north to Maribel, Wisconsin last week to race at 141 Speedway, a track that Peyton had never been to. There were 75 cars competing over two days to be one of 25 starters in the final event. On Day 1 Peyton had two qualifying races. In the first he drew the 10th starting spot and made it up to sixth. In the second qualifying race Peyton started second and led every lap to bring home the win in his Lethal Chassis! Despite those two strong runs on Day 1 the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod still was not locked into the feature based on points. On Day 2 Peyton started his qualifying heat in the second position, after a lengthy battle with Tim Ward and Joel Rust, Peyton held hold onto the second spot which qualified him for the A-Main Feature later that night. Peyton started the 50-lap feature in 18th position. The racing was tight throughout the pack . Peyton worked his way up to 16th by Lap 5 but a few laps later the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod received right front damage resulting in a broken spindle and a DNF. It wasn’t the finish we wanted but winning a heat race and making it to the A Main in a big show like that was a strong step forward for Andrews Autosport.
Next up Peyton Taylor and the team will make the trip to Minnesota for the Land of 10,000 Lakes 10k, a four night race at three different tracks June 24-27, you can catch all of the the action on IMCA.tv.

Peyton Taylor and the team have made the trip north to 141 Speedway in Maribel, Wisconsin for the “Clash at the Creek”. This is a $10,000 to win event with some very strong competition. It is also a track that Peyton Taylor has never raced at. Practice was tonight, qualifying is Wednesday, and the feature is Thursday. Here is some video of the AcreTrader Mod from practice. Starting tomorrow the racing will be live streamed on FloSports.

We won! P1 at Batesville Motor Speedway last night. Peyton Taylor won his heat race and started fourth in the feature. By Lap 3 Peyton had grabbed the lead in the No. 01 AcreTrader Lethal Chassis. In the closing laps he battled with his hard-charging brother Jeff Taylor for a dramatic finish. This was the first team victory for Andrews Autosport, a moment years in the making. More video and content to come soon, but for now we are going to spend today celebrating with our family!

2nd Rodeo night at I-30 Speedway was a ton of fun! We are so proud of our sponsor Lost Forty Brewing for stepping up and supporting a night of action packed grassroots racing at our family's home track. Andrews Autosport started the day with a team lunch at Lost 40 Brewery where we put the final touches on our new Lethal Chassis. Later that night Peyton Taylor and the No. 01 AcreTrader/Lost 40 Mod started their heat race in the second position, by Lap 2 Peyton had taken the lead in and held it for the remaining eight laps to finish P1. This put the AcreTrader Mod on the pole for the feature, Peyton secured the lead on the first lap and maintained it for the first four laps. Then, while adjusting the brake bias in the cockpit of his new car, Peyton hit a rut and bumped the master power switch turning the car off....... Thanks to some heads up driving by everyone Peyton got the car to the apron with no significant damage. After the resulting caution our AcreTrader Mod restarted in last place P13. In the 16 remaining laps of the race Peyton Taylor passed nine cars and brought home a third-place finish. We needed a late race caution to have a chance to battle for the lead again.
Mistakes happen in racing, especially in an unfamiliar car. While we are disappointed that we gave away our shot at the win, Peyton passed a lot of cars, led a lot of laps, and came home with a clean race car. Congratulations to winner Keaton Atkinson and second place Brint Hartwick those guys drove a heck of a race. Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport will be back in action this Friday, this time at Peyton's home track, Batesville Motor Speedway.

Got to put the finishing touches on our new Lethal Chassis at Lost Forty Brewing yesterday. Peyton Taylor and the AcreTrader Mod finished 3rd last night at I-30 Speedway. We all had a blast as usual. What a night at I-30 Speedway yet again. Check out the video recap below. Peyton Taylor finished 16th in the "Dirty 30" topless IMCA modified race. It wasn’t the finish we wanted, but sometimes the body of work is more important than the result. On the first lap of our heat race the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod got caught in someone else's wreck and sustained heavy damage on both sides. It could have been the end of our weekend. But instead it was all hands on deck in the Andrews Autosport pit to get the car put back together before the feature. Peyton started the main event at the tail end in the 22nd position, over the next 28 laps he drove the high side of the track where nobody else was running and made it all the way up to the third position. Unfortunately with two laps to go the right side sheetmetal on the car finally gave up and flew off in Turn 4. The rule at I-30 is if you bring out the caution with our own debris you have to go to the tail end of the field. With only two laps remaining Peyton finished 16th instead of having a shot at the win, but it was clear by the roar of the crowd as he exited the track that his gutsy drive had earned him some new fans. Friday Night Update: Peyton Taylor took the No. 01 AcreTrader/Dirty Mo Mod to Batesville Motor Speedway Friday. He started on the pole of his Heat Race and led every lap (video below). In the Feature later that night, Peyton started in the third position and took the lead on lap four with a daring three wide pass. Peyton lead several laps with dirt track veteran Wayne Brooks trailing him. But mid race the No. 01 Mod washed up the track in Turn 4 and surrendered the lead to Brooks. Peyton closed the gap back to Brooks but ultimately had to settle for a second place finish. This was the second runner up finish for Andrews Autosport as we continue to chase that first victory. Friday night the 70+ year old Wayne Brooks showed us that age was just a number, and any evening the veteran driver with over 500 wins can remind you why he is in the Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame. Update on our Saturday night race at I-30 coming soon, it was wild!

We are coming home! It has been 6 months since Peyton Taylor and Andrews Autosport last raced in Arkansas. That ends this weekend with back-to-back races at Batesville Motor Speedway this Friday, and I-30 Speedway this Saturday. Come join us at the track and cheer on the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod.

This week at Bristol there were 120 modifieds competing for 24 spots in Friday night’s feature race. We came up just a couple of spots short of making the that big show. Two broken transmissions earlier in the week put Peyton Taylor behind in points and as a result he started at the tail end of his Last Chance Qualifier. In order to transfer to the feature we needed to make it from 17th to 3rd in only a 10-lap race. From the drop of the green Peyton moved up through the field and almost made it, battling for fourth position in the final turn before settling for a fifth-place finish. The cautions just didn’t fall right for the No. 01 AcreTrader/Dirty Mo Mod to make up that much ground. While we are disappointed in the end result we are happy to be back in Arkansas with a clean racecar that showed some speed.
The Bristol Dirt Nationals were the experience of a lifetime. Congratulations to our fellow Batesville Motor Speedway regulars Jeff Taylor, Ashton Wilkey, and Brint Hartwick on making the feature, we can’t wait to race more with you this year. Also congrats to Batesville’s Double L Motorports for picking up the big top prize $50,000 late model win Saturday night. Finally Andrews Autosport would like to thank Ricky Jeffrey, Chris Adams, Kody Ryan, Terry Ray, Shauna Taylor and the rest of the Taylor Family for their hard work and sacrifice. Peyton Taylor parked next to National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame driver Scott Bloomquist before our heat race at Las Vegas. One of the reasons we chose to go IMCA Racing is the opportunity for everyday folks like us to race against motorsports legends from both the dirt and even the NASCAR world. ABOUT LAST NIGHT Peyton Taylor drew the 10th starting spot out of 11 in his heat race last night at Las Vegas. He was able to climb up to sixth position by the finish which locked him into the B Main. Later that evening in the B Main he started in last position, 20th. But the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod was on a rail moving up and battling for sixth position by Lap 4. But bad luck struck again when a competitor’s suspension broke in veering them left and making contact with Peyton on the straightaway. This caused a significant wreck and lots of damage on the 01.

Plenty of action for Peyton Taylor in Night 2 at the Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Peyton started his heat in P4 and was battling for the P2 transfer spot on the last lap when he was pinched into the inside tire barrier resulting in heavy left front damage. Peyton was able to finish the final lap on three wheels which secured him a spot in the B Main. Crew Chief Ricky Jeffrey and Peyton went to work repairing the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod, changing the left front wheel, tire, shock, control arm, tie rod and brake assembly. They were able to make it back out just in time for the B Main where only the top two out of 24 starters would transfer. Peyton led 10 of 12 laps but finished second after getting caught in lapped traffic with two to go. This was good enough to make the feature where the AcreTrader Mod started 27th out of 28 cars. Peyton was able make it up to P16 trading positions with notable names like Ken Schrader but by that time the racing surface had become one groove and he ultimately finished 18th. The team will be back at it tonight for Night 3. They drew the 9th starting spot out of 11 cars in Heat 5 and will roll out behind fellow Batesville driver Ashton Wilkey and notable others like Scott Bloomquist.

SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THERE'S A CHANCE Did we mention there were 242 teams competing for 33 spots in Saturday night's main event in Las Vegas? Peyton Taylor was back on track last night in the AcreTrader Modified. He finished second out of eight in his Heat which was good enough to transfer to the Feature later that evening. But as he pulled back in the pits it was apparent the No. 01 had drivetrain issues, specifically a rear end pinion bearing. This wasn't something the team could fix that night so they weren't able to race in the Feature. The good news is its a manageable repair now that Peyton and Ricky have the part so they will be back at it with another shot this evening!

What a race last night! Andrews Autosport made our competitive debut I-30 Speedway, the track where our family started watching racing together 36 years ago. Driver Peyton Taylor started his heat race in the second position and led every lap to finish P1. This locked us in for the $5,000 to win main event later that night. The No. 01 AcreTrader Mod started in fourth position in the 30 lap feature. By Lap 2 Peyton had taken the lead, passing eventual race winner Jason Whitehead. The Top 3 remained incredibly tight for the duration of the race, but Peyton led the next 13 laps before getting shuffled back in a three way battle for the lead on Lap 15. The only caution of the race fell on Lap 21, setting the stage for a nine lap dash to the finish. Peyton restarted third and battled with Dustin Tater Hyde for several laps before taking control of second place. Peyton closed the distance to the leader from 10 car lengths down to two, but in the end our team came up just short of the win. Although we didn’t achieve our ultimate goal of getting our first feature win, we are proud of the results, finishing P2 out of 46 teams, winning a heat race, leading 21 total laps, and battling for the win.
More important than the race results, Saturday night’s Ron Ghormley Memorial was a special event benefiting the ALS Association of Arkansas. Andrews Autosport ran Marty Andrews Nord’s name over the doors on Peyton’s car as a tribute to our family member who we lost to ALS in 2015. With each lap Peyton completed we donated $10 to the ALS Association of Arkansas together with donations from friends of our team Susan Padgett and Mandy Edwards, we were able to write a check for over $500. We would like to thank team members Peyton Taylor, Ricky Jeffrey, and Shauna Taylor for all of their efforts this weekend as well as the partners that help us chase this dream AcreTrader, New Vision Graphics, and Jerovetz Motorsports Shock Service. Also thank you to Tracey Clay, Raymond Dye, and the staff at I-30 Speedway for running a great event. We will be back!

This Saturday Andrews Autosport will make our I-30 Speedway debut at the Rhon Ghormley Memorial. This is a $5,000 to win race that is sure to be a great show. But more importantly the event benefits the ALS Association of Arkansas which is a cause near and dear to our hearts. The Andrews Family lost our sister & aunt Marty Andrews Nord to this terrible disease in 2015. In her honor we will run Marty's name above the doors of Peyton Taylor’s car and we donate $10 per lap up to $500 for ALS research! For our Central Arkansas peeps, after you watch the Razorbacks on Saturday there is plenty of time to make it to the track and cheer on Peyton and the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod! Races start at 7:30 pm. $15 grandstand tickets for adults, kids 12 and under free. Pit passes $30. Must wear masks to enter per state guidelines.

The IMCA Super Nationals lived up to the hype. In only our second race, Andrews Autosport and driver Peyton Taylor entered the biggest event of the year in Boone, IA. This is a five day competition against 244 of the best IMCA Racing teams in the country. The goal of the week was to earn a starting spot in the “Big Show”. Only 33 cars start this prestigious final race, meaning 87% of the teams that compete at Boone Speedway do not make it.
The trip was eventful even before the team arrived at the track, a blowout on the trailer and a dropped drive shaft on the hauler slowed the drive. But Peyton, his wife Shauna and crew chief Ricky made it in time for practice on Monday. Little did we know the weather was the next hurdle as the Iowa skies opened up and dropped several inches of rain, delaying three days of on track competition. As a result, the week-long schedule was compressed into just a couple of days. This meant around the clock racing, even in adverse conditions, in order to get it all in.
Peyton’s first heat race was Thursday night. He drew the seventh starting spot and needed to finish second in order to transfer. The track was slick and it was raining, making passing difficult, but he made it up to third, just outside the transfer position.
The next chance was another heat race late Saturday afternoon. Peyton started second, grabbed the lead on Lap 4, and went on to win! This transferred him to the A Main which was held later that night. Although it wasn’t a feature win it was the first time Andrews Autosport had crossed the finish line first. Peyton started sixth in the A Main and he was battling for fifth position when he was turned from behind, bringing out the caution. Peyton restarted in 25th and was able to make it back up to 11th by the end of the race.
The third chance came at 2:00 am Sunday morning in foggy conditions. The No. 01 AcreTrader Mod started second in the heat race and won. This transferred us to another A Main which took the green flag at 3:00 am Sunday morning. Peyton started eighth and was battling for the 10th spot when he spun to avoid a wreck in front of him. The resulting DNF allowed for some much needed sleep in preparation for a “last chance” race later that morning.
In Sunday’s last chance heat race Peyton started second and led all laps en route to another first place finish, allowing him to advance to the main. The last chance A Main Sunday afternoon was the final opportunity for the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod to make it into the “Big Show” and we needed to finish third. Peyton started sixth and was closing in on third in the final lap but just missed it by two car lengths.
We are proud of our performance, but as competitors we are a little disappointed we didn’t make the “Big Show”. Peyton won three heat races and passed a net of 22 cars under green but came up one position short. As the saying goes “that’s racing”! We will be posting videos of each race this week so please check them out. The team plans to be at I-30 Speedway on September 26th for the Ron Ghormley memorial, a big $5,000 to win race. We are Boone Bound! Do you know how the NASCAR season starts with the biggest race of the year, the Daytona 500? That’s basically what’s happening here. With one race under our belt, Andrews Autosport is heading to the biggest modified race of the year, the IMCA Super Nationals, in Boone, Iowa. In this six day event we will compete against 256 other teams for a spot in Saturday night’s feature race. We will know how we stack up to the “Best” very soon. Here are a couple of pics of the rig leaving the shop today. The tow vehicle isn’t ours but we sure wish it was! The event will be broadcast live on the pay per view IMCA TV streaming service.

Andrews Autosport saw its first on track action Friday and Saturday night during the famed Topless 100 at Batesville Motor Speedway. This is a race weekend where the main show is the top late model teams in the country driving 100 laps without sheet metal on their roofs, just an exposed roll cage. The modifieds (our division) got to keep our “tops” on, but it was a weekend that brought out strong competition even in our class.
As we hinted in our previous post, we used a borrowed engine to shoot our original videos. We didn’t let folks know we were going to race this weekend because we wanted to make sure there were no hiccups on installing our new engine. The engine arrived on Thursday, Rickey and Peyton put it in on Friday, and we went straight to Batesville Motor Speedway to run Friday and Saturday night.
The starting grid for our races is determined by random pill draw, and luck was not on our side. In the heat race on Friday, based on that draw Peyton Taylor started seventh of the nine cars. He needed to get to fourth to transfer to the A Main and he made it up to second. In the A Main later that night he started 11th and finished sixth out of 24.
Before returning to the track on Saturday we determined that the No. 01 AcreTrader Mod had a slight fuel pressure issue that kept the engine from running at 100%. With the fuel pressure issue fixed we returned on Saturday night. Peyton started fourth in a stacked heat and finished third, right on the bumper of his brother Jeff Taylor who had won the night before. In the A Main that night we had another bad draw and started 10th. Peyton passed four cars in the first two laps and was battling for fifth on lap three when he was pinched to the inside of Tun 1. The contact damaged our car the most, bending the right front tie rod. This forced the AcreTrader mod to the pits and resulted in a DNF.
A sixth-place and a DNF were not exactly the finishes we were looking for in our first two races. But we answered some important questions. Our new car works, it is fast, and we can compete with other strong modified teams. This is evidenced by the fact that we passed 11 cars this weekend and lost no positions on the track, other than the DNF from the tie rod. ANDREWS FAMILY FORMS RACE TEAM TO COMPETE IN NATIONAL IMCA EVENTS
Little Rock, AR August 4, 2020 – Today the Andrews Family announced the formation of Arkansas’s newest race team. Andrews Autosport has been formed and will compete in select IMCA modified events across the country starting in August of this year. Andrews Autosport is the vision of the Andrews family with team principals Collins Andrews III and son Spencer Andrews, both from Little Rock, and Collins Andrews IV from Fayetteville Arkansas. The team will set up operations in Batesville, Arkansas the central hub of the Arkansas’s motorsports culture known for legendary names like Mark Martin, Bill Davis, and Billy Moyer.
While Andrews Autosport will compete regularly at hometown tracks including Batesville Motor Speedway and I-30 Speedway, they also plan to compete in select events in Missouri, Iowa, Nevada, and Florida. Despite traveling nationally, Andrews Autosport will run a uniquely Arkansas focused racing effort fielding cars built, driven by, and sponsored by Arkansans.
“Our number one goal is to win, make no mistake about it,” said team principal and former NASCAR PR veteran Spencer Andrews. “But we also want to promote motorsports culture from our home state. Our approach will seem odd to some. But we understand racing, and how to weave together different skillsets for a common goal. The people we look up to are Arkansas racers like Jack Sullivan, Larry Shaw, Wendell Wallace, and Lance Landers. We hope our team will someday grow to the point it will be mentioned with those greats.”
“This is a family thing,” said team principal and family patriarch Collins Andrews III. “I went to my first race at the Pine Bluff dirt track in 1959. I took my boys to their first race at I-30 in the early 80s, and I have lived long enough to see them work in the Daytona 500 and work at the corporate headquarters of the world’s largest company. It’s time we wrap that cumulative family experience up and get on the other side of the catchfence to go chase this dream.”
“I am pretty sure Spencer just put us up to this because he couldn’t beat me on the track,” said Collins Andrews IV, team principal and older of the Andrews sons. “Fifteen years of driving on track against my family and I haven’t been beat. But apparently that’s not good enough to drive for Andrews Autosport. We are searching the state of Arkansas to find the best available driver as we speak. We also have formed a six person board of directors consisting of my dad and my brother, as well as women leaders in the fields of medicine, corporate marketing, and religion to determine the strategy and direction of Andrews Autosport…in other words our wives control 50%.”

In the middle of the strangest year any of us can remember the Andrews Family suddenly found itself at home, unexpectedly spending more time around each other than they ever had. This was a time to rethink their priorities and focus the things they enjoyed in life. For the Andrews Family one common thread had always been cars and racing. The father, Collins Andrews III, was a semi-retired hot rodder from the 60’s. The first-born, Collins Andrews IV, a Gen Xer from the 80’s with an affinity for sporty imports (a preference that also manifested itself with his choice of spouse). And finally, the youngest son, Spencer Andrews, whose no holds barred approach to cars and motorsports led him all the way to an eight-year career working in NASCAR with top teams and drivers. With direction from their sometimes very vocal spouses the Andrews boys pooled their resources and came up with a plan. In August, 2020 Andrews Autosport hit the track. Andrews Autosport is an IMCA dirt modified race team competing in select events across the United States. Our pillars are family, competition, and community. We are focused on competing and representing our followers well, but also drawing attention to the rich motorsports culture of the great state of Arkansas.
